Q:

Can I get my money back after I register?

A: Registration fees are not refundable.

Q:

How often do I need to pay tuition?

A: The tuition is payable in advance before the 5th of each month.

Q:

What if my payment is late?

A: A late payment fee of $35 will be due if payment is not received before the 5th of the month.

Q:

Can I get a discount for multiple children?

A: The discount policy for multiple children of one family is 10% off the lowest single tuition.

Q:

What if my child is sick or goes on vacation after I have paid tuition?

A: There will be NO REFUND for illness, vacation, or holidays. Our tuitions are budgeted for daily operation of our programs and this is figured into the yearly tuition total.

Q:

What do I do if I want to remove my child from care?

A: Families may withdraw their child for any reason after giving a 30-day written notice to the director. Families are responsible for the 30-day tuition from the receipt of their written notice. Outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to your child’s last day.

Do you charge any tuition overdue fees?

A: If your account has an unpaid balance when your child no longer attends our center a bookkeeping fee of $35.00 per month will be charged to your account.

Q:

What if I am late in picking up my child?

A: If due to an emergency, your child is picked up after hours, a charge of $20.00 for every 15 minutes will be charged.

Can I change my childcare schedule mid-week?

A: Yes, depending on availability. Rates are subject to change depending on the schedule.

Q:

What is a charge for a returned check?

A: We will charge a fee of $35.00 for returned checks.

Q:

Will I be notified before any tuition increase?

A: A notice of the tuition increase will be given at least thirty (30) days before the increase is to take effect. Families should expect annual increases.

Q:

What about inspections?

A: The Department of Social Services shall have the authority to interview clients, including children, or any staff, and to inspect and audit client or facility records without prior consent.
