Can I get any of my money back after I register?

A non-refundable registration fee of $100 per child is payable at the time the agreement is signed.

How often do I need to pay tuition?

Tuition is payable in advance, on the Friday before each week. If your child is absent on that Friday, tuition may be paid as late as Monday morning of that week.

What if my payment is late?

A late payment fee of $25.00 will be added to your weekly tuition if payment is not received by 10:00am Monday morning.

Can I get a discount for multiple children?

The discount policy for multiple children of one family is 10% off the lowest single tuition.

What if my child is sick or goes on vacation after I have paid tuition?

There will be NO REFUND for illness or vacation. This is figured into the yearly tuition total.

What do I do if I want to remove my child from care?

Families may withdraw thier child for any reason after giving a 30 day written notice to the director. Families are responsible for the 30 day tuition from the receipt of their written notice. Outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to your child's last day.

Do you charge any overdue fees?

If your account has an unpaid balance when your child no longer attends our center a bookkeeping fee of $25.00 per month will be charged to your account.

What if I am late in picking up my child?

If due to an emergency, your child is picked up after hours, a charge of $20.00 for every 15 minutes will be charged.

Can I change my childcare schedule mid-week?

Yes, depending on availability. Rates are subject to change depending on the schedule.

What is your charge for a returned check?

We will chage a fee of $25.00 for returned checks.

Will I be notified before any tuition increase?

A notice of tuition increase will be given at least thirty (30) days before the increase is to take effect. Families should expect annual increases.

What about inspections?

The Department of Social Services shall have the authority to interview clients, including children, or any staff, and to inspect and audit client or facility records without prior consent.
